AGENDA
- Welcome; confirmation of quorum
- Approve minutes of previous SGM meeting:March 27, 2021
- Treasurer to report 2021 Financial Statements;
- Members to vote on the following resolutions:
Whereas the current fiscal year end for the Comox Valley Tennis Club (herein after referred to as the Club) is December 31st of each year.
Whereas the proposed change of the fiscal year end to July 31st of each year is intended to allow presentation of the financial report at the Annual General Meeting held in September of each year:
Therefore be it resolved that:
a. the club financial report for 2021 be accepted
b. the club fiscal year end be changed from December 31to July 31st of each year.
c. a financial report for the period January 1, 2022 to July 31, 2022 be prepared for presentation to the club members at the September 2022 Annual General Meeting.
